I recently moved to the City and wanted to try out a new yoga studio. 🧘🏻♂️ This studio checked off most of my requirements as an intermediate practicer. It was very clean, welcoming, and a great place to practice long-term if you want to foster connections with the instructors. ✨ Everyone was so kind - including the other individuals who practice here. 😊 I had a pleasant candlelit 🕯 experience with the instructor and the room was not overcrowded.I was told they have a cold shower in the back (free if you attend class) and a paid instructed cold plunge tub (separate membership) which I am exited to try! 🥶Although it is a new place, there is no overhead sign for the studio which made it a tad bit difficult to find. It is located next to the bike shop.
